It’s both playful and powerful—and a beautiful way to connect with your body, your breath, and nature all at once.

SUP Yoga is perfect for:

You’ll feel stronger, calmer, and more alive after just one class.

Each session includes:

  • A short paddle warm-up to get used to the board

  • A creative yoga sequence adapted to your level, including breathing and meditation

  • Time to rest, float, and take a couple of pictures

  • Lots of fun, fresh air, and a good challenge!

Thursdays 19:00 - 20:30 & Sundays 8:30 -10:00

50 CHF per session (SUP-Board included) • 35 CHF with your own board
